The 23 interprofessional team games are designed to foster collaboration, communication, team-member engagement, leadership, and problem-solving skills among students from diverse professional backgrounds. These activities encourage participants to work together, utilizing each individual's strengths and perspectives, to accomplish shared goals. The games emphasize the importance of trust, adaptability, and teamwork in professional environments by simulating real-world challenges. They also help learners develop effective communication strategies, even when verbal cues are limited, or resources must be shared for collective success.
The games can be filtered by Group Size (Small, medium, or large), Equipment ( None, minimal, or all), and Time (1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, or All). Learning objectives, descriptions, and recommendations are also included with all games. These games, adaptable for different group sizes and time constraints, are excellent tools for building interprofessional collaboration in educational settings.
