Public Health Student Internships

CTIPH offers internships for public health students.

At CTIPH, we offer dynamic internships for motivated public health students. Our interns support live interprofessional education (IPE) events, contributed to nationally recognized pilot IPEs, and help shape tools and events used by health science students across the state.

All CTIPH interns support the IPE events with logistics and event-related tasks. There are 6-7 IPE topical events held each semester including:
Introduction to Interprofessionalism, Cannabis Education, Climate Health, Disabilities, Global Health, Pain & Substance Misuse, Pandemic, Team Behaviors, Clinical Tobacco Cessation, Weight-Neutral Health, and Wellness & Resilience for Healthcare professionals.  Interns also receive a certificate of completion for completed events.
